'Mariblu', Centurion 40S, built in 2005 by Wauquiez in France to a Berret/Racoupeau design. GRP hull, foam sandwich construction in white hull colour with white superstructure and teak laid decks, cockpit floor and seating. Shoal draft lead keel. Wheel steering & emergency tiller.
Brochure information: Balsa sandwich construction, 'Infusion' technology, composite structure glassed to the hull… These techniques guarantee a minimum weight and a maximum rigidity, resulting in an excellent ballast/displacement ratio for each Centurion yacht and outstanding performance upwind in any weather, even with a short-handed crew. To better protect each Centurion yacht the external coast of the hull are built using bisphenolic resins. The lead, antimony hardened keel is attached with stainless steel bolts.
